Strength, conditioning, and recovery — designed around the individual athlete, not a one-size-fits-all program.
Every athlete will have different needs based on their level of commitment and experience. We work closely with each athlete to structure the right plan for them.
Tyler believes in working hard and finding time to enjoy everything life has to offer. Athletes shouldn't feel guilty for resting — rest is part of the process. He emphasizes being present, enjoying the moment, and taking breaks that protect against burnout.
One of Tyler's core beliefs: the athlete who recovers best, performs best. When you're not in the gym, you're not losing the battle — you're giving your body what it needs to come back stronger. Recovery isn't optional. It's training.
Tyler's background in biomechanics, physical therapy, and nutrition gives him a complete view of the athlete's body. Strength, conditioning, and nutrition are blended together to build programs that are both effective and sustainable for the long haul.
There are so many ways to activate, stimulate, and manage your body. Tyler is committed to keeping training fresh and inventive — going beyond standard gym routines to find the methods that resonate most with each athlete.
What you put in your body matters just as much as what you do with it. Tyler's nutrition knowledge is built into every program — not as a rigid diet plan, but as guidance that helps athletes fuel smarter without giving up the things they love.
Every athlete has a different starting point, and that's perfectly okay. Tyler doesn't compare athletes to each other — only to the version of themselves they're working toward. Progress is personal.
While dedicated S&C sessions are coming, Coach Tyler is already on the floor at our hoop training sessions. The final 15 minutes of every session are reserved for conditioning work — keeping athletes physically sharp and consistent, regardless of whether they're in the gym separately.
