What We Build

The Four Pillars

GetRight is a foundational program that focuses on developing an athlete holistically, combining physical strength with mental fortitude to ensure healthy lifestyles. We have constructed our program under four core values, The Four Pillars. The Four Pillars include Physical Training/Nutrition, Mental Health/Mindfulness, Basketball IQ, and Life Skills/Character. Below is an in-depth description of each pillar.

Physical Training

Skill development, athleticism, and conditioning built around each player's stage of growth. We train for consistency and maximal performance without reaching a state of "burn out".

Mental Wellness

Breathwork, focus training, and emotional regulation drawn from sports psychology. Real tools for real pressure.

Basketball IQ

Film study, situational reads, and decision-making. Thinking the game is just as important as playing it.

Life Skills/Character

Leadership, accountability, coachability. Habits that will be the foundation of every winning athlete, and the basis for developing good people.

Why GetRight Exists

Built for Every Kind of Athlete.

Prioritize your health and live your fullest life.

I built GetRight as a means to help athletes who have a passion for the game, but have a more difficult time expressing that passion because of internal factors like lack of confidence, self-doubt, and the burden of high expectations. I dealt with these internal battles, and still continue to presently. Because these things are not just basketball related. Everyone deals with these issues regardless if they are an athlete or not. The problem is that some people have to navigate through these hardships alone. Mental fortitude and resilience are hard skills to learn, let alone by yourself. With guidance, assistance, and compassion, GetRight aims to help athletes feel heard and understood. We will work hard, and challenge our athletes to give the best version of themselves every day to get the most impactful results.
